We are currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Human Resources team as an HR Compensation and Benefits Associate.
In this pivotal position, you will take ownership of the complete lifecycle of compensation and benefits administration. You will ensure that our employees are not just engaged, but truly motivated and fairly rewarded for their contributions. Your expertise will be crucial in managing everything from government-mandated benefits and company perks to the accurate and timely processing of payroll. A key differentiator of this role is the dual focus on Employee Relations. You will be the trusted point of contact for employee concerns, helping to foster a positive, transparent, and compliant workplace culture.

Tanggung Jawab
- Administer monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in computation of salaries, overtime, deductions, and government contributions.
- Manage the processing and compliance of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company-initiated benefits (HMO, insurance).
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure Bayad's compensation packages remain competitive.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary hearings, and grievance handling.
- Facilitate employee engagement programs, company events, and wellness initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Prepare analytical reports on compensation trends, turnover rates, and HR metrics for management presentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations across all HR processes.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of solid experience in Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, payroll systems, and statutory benefits.
- Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
