Are you an analytical HR professional with a passion for numbers and organizational excellence? Delectable Feast Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented HR Compensation and Benefits Officer to join our growing team in BF Homes, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the backbone of our total rewards strategy, ensuring that our employees are compensated accurately and fairly while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing payroll operations, investigating discrepancies, and refining our benefits administration. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timeliness and 100% accuracy.
  • Audit timesheets and attendance records to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and private health insurance.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Coordinate with finance and department heads to verify payout figures and resolve payroll-related inquiries.
  • Assist in the review and implementation of compensation policies and benefits updates.
  • Prepare comprehensive payroll reports and analysis for management review.
  • Ensure full compliance with government-mandated benefits and internal labor policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas) is a must.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and tax regulations.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with high integrity.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for identifying irregularities in payroll data.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively liaise with various departments.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
