Tanggung Jawab
- Administer end-to-end payroll processing for all company employees with high accuracy.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheets and attendance records proactively.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Prepare and update payroll reports, compensation summaries, and audit documents.
- Coordinate with department heads to verify overtime claims and leave balances.
- Ensure compliance with internal payroll policies, procedures, and local labor laws.
- Provide clear and professional support to employees regarding their compensation and benefit inquiries.
- Assist in the regular review of salary structures and incentive programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration or compensation and benefits.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables) and HRIS software.
- Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
