Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll with precision and timeliness
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits
- Maintain and secure employee records and HR databases
- Prepare statutory reports for government agencies (BIR, DOLE, etc.)
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis
- Assist in developing HR policies related to compensation and benefits
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software systems
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certification in HR or Payroll (e.g., PHR) is preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
