In this pivotal role, you will serve as the guardian of our workplace standards, ensuring that all HR operations align with Philippine labor regulations, company policies, and best practices.

As our HR Compliance Officer, you will bridge the gap between legal requirements and operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in conducting internal audits, managing sensitive employee documentation, and providing guidance to management on complex compliance issues. Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and ensure organizational compliance with Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Conduct regular internal HR audits to identify gaps and implement corrective action plans.
  • Maintain and update the company’s Employee Handbook and internal policy manuals.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure all employment contracts and legal documentation are accurate and complete.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data privacy compliance in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for government-related inquiries and mandated reporting requirements.
  • Advise management and staff on disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and performance management compliance.
  • Stay current on legislative changes and industry trends that impact HR operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on compliance, labor relations, or legal documentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, social security, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal texts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of integrity and discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
