Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring zero errors and timely salary disbursement.
- Administer and remit all statutory contributions including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR (Withholding Tax).
- Maintain and update the HRIS database with accurate employee compensation data, leave credits, and attendance records.
- Coordinate with insurance providers for the administration of HMO and other company-provided benefits.
- Handle employee queries regarding payroll discrepancies, tax computations, and benefit eligibility with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Generate monthly payroll reports, labor cost analysis, and reconciliation statements for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to Philippine Labor Laws and updated taxation regulations to mitigate organizational risk.
- Assist in the annualization of taxes and the distribution of BIR Form 2316 to employees.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of solid experience in payroll processing and benefits administration, preferably in the BPO industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor standards, tax laws, and statutory requirements (SSS, PHIC, HDMF).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience using HRIS or Payroll software.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive employee concerns effectively.
- Proven ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and data integrity.
