Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
- Manage employee records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate employee onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization
- Support HR administration tasks including benefits enrollment, leave management, and employee inquiries
- Assist in organizing HR initiatives such as training programs, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews
- Maintain accurate HR databases and prepare necessary reports for management
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduate or with up to 1 year of HR-related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
