Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with company objectives and Philippine labor laws
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to build high-performing teams
- Monitor regulatory compliance across HR operations including payroll, benefits, and workplace safety
- Design and execute employee engagement programs that enhance productivity and morale
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with corporate and legal standards
- Oversee performance management systems and disciplinary procedures
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in compliance management
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and corporate compliance frameworks
- Proven track record in developing HR policies and procedures
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR compliance audits and risk mitigation
- SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
