Tanggung Jawab
- Support full-cycle HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and employee relations management
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate financial records
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and financial documentation in compliance with Malaysian regulations
- Assist in monthly financial reporting, budget preparation, and expense reconciliation
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities for compliance requirements
- Manage employee benefits administration and leave tracking systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of combined experience in HR and accounting functions
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, EPF/SOCSO regulations, and tax compliance
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
