Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, job postings, and interview coordination.
  • Administer monthly payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a professional welcome for new hires.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive employee records and HR databases with high confidentiality.
  • Facilitate staff training and development initiatives, including course registrations and record tracking.
  • Manage general office administrative tasks, including office supply procurement and facility maintenance coordination.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in both English and Mandarin to facilitate smooth business communication.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports, letters, and documentation for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in HR or administrative support roles.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and counterparts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Sound knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and prevailing labor regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A high degree of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
