About the Role:

As the HR cum Admin Executive, you will be the backbone of our workforce administration. You will ensure full compliance with MOM regulations for our foreign workers, manage work passes, oversee dormitory arrangements, and handle recruitment. At the same time, you will play a key role in ensuring our office operations run smoothly by managing administrative tasks, vendor relationships, and office procurement.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle for foreign workers from application to repatriation. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain HR records, and support the wider team with ad-hoc projects. Your organizational skills will keep the office efficient, and your compliance knowledge will protect the company.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full spectrum of foreign worker administration, including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance of FWL.
  • Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations, including levy payments, medical insurance, and security bonds.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for foreign construction workers.
  • Handle dormitory management, transportation arrangements, and worker welfare activities.
  • Oversee general office administration such as procurement, pantry management, mail distribution, and filing systems.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, and tax clearance (IR8A/IR21).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Support the HR Manager in ad-hoc HR projects and events.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR & Admin experience, ideally within the Construction, Engineering, or Marine industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act, MOM regulations, and foreign worker policies (Work Permit, S Pass, E Pass).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking workers and external vendors.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
