Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and exit processes
- Administer employee relations functions including conflict resolution and engagement initiatives
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies
- Process payroll, benefits administration, and statutory documentation
- Organize corporate events and training programs to enhance workplace culture
- Maintain accurate HR records and implement data-driven HR analytics
- Support performance management systems and employee development programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of combined HR and administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
