Tanggung Jawab
- Support the HR department with end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee records, personnel files, and maintain accurate HR databases and documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and monthly C&B administration to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
- Oversee general office administration, including facility maintenance, office supplies management, and vendor coordination.
- Handle travel arrangements, visa applications, and logistics for international staff when required.
- Organize company events, staff meetings, and training sessions to foster a positive work environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and inquiries efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR and general administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll basics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
