In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all matters regarding our foreign workforce, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless administrative operations.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands the complexities of Malaysian labor laws and immigration procedures. You will play a critical role in supporting our operational efficiency by managing documentation, renewals, and the general well-being of our foreign employees. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end work permit application, renewal, and cancellation processes for foreign workers via FOMEMA and relevant government portals.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive employee databases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with local labor regulations.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and government authorities regarding foreign labor requirements.
  • Monitor and track passport and visa expiry dates to ensure all foreign employees maintain legal status.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including office filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in managing foreign worker housing, welfare, and attendance monitoring.
  • Prepare periodic reports on foreign worker headcount and permit status for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, specifically handling foreign worker documentation (FWCMS/e-PLKS).
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and immigration regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and ability to communicate in other relevant languages is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
