Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate HR data in HRIS systems with 99.9% data integrity
- Design and automate HR reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools for leadership dashboards
- Analyze workforce trends to identify recruitment bottlenecks and retention risks
- Collaborate with IT to implement data security protocols and GDPR compliance measures
- Develop predictive models for talent pipeline forecasting and succession planning
- Train HR team members on data management best practices and system usage
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR data management or HRIS administration
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and data protection regulations
- Certification in HR analytics (e.g., HRCI aPHRi, SHRM-CP) preferred
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
