Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with 100% accuracy
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
- Generate HR reports and analytics for decision-making support
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Support payroll processing by verifying data consistency
- Implement data retention and archiving procedures
- Collaborate with HR teams to resolve data discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR data management
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
- Advanced knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
