Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage the entire HR department, aligning human resources strategies with the company’s business objectives.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive employee relations policies to ensure high engagement and retention rates.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and provide actionable feedback to drive organizational efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, payroll systems, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local HR platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
