Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct impartial and thorough investigations into workplace misconduct, policy violations, and employee grievances.
  • Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses while documenting evidence with high accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed, objective investigation reports and provide evidence-based recommendations to HR management.
  • Act as a neutral mediator in complex interpersonal workplace disputes to resolve conflicts early.
  • Partner with legal and HR leadership to ensure all actions align with local labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Analyze trends in workplace complaints to proactively suggest improvements to corporate culture and compliance training.
  • Maintain strictly confidential records of all investigative findings and case history.
  • Deliver training workshops to staff and managers regarding workplace ethics, harassment prevention, and conflict resolution.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Legal, or corporate investigation roles.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and standard HR compliance practices.
  • Exceptional investigative, interviewing, and active listening skills with a bias for neutrality.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain composure under high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in professional report writing and documentation management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and private information with discretion.
