Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct impartial and thorough investigations into workplace misconduct, policy violations, and employee grievances.
- Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses while documenting evidence with high accuracy.
- Prepare detailed, objective investigation reports and provide evidence-based recommendations to HR management.
- Act as a neutral mediator in complex interpersonal workplace disputes to resolve conflicts early.
- Partner with legal and HR leadership to ensure all actions align with local labor laws and internal company policies.
- Analyze trends in workplace complaints to proactively suggest improvements to corporate culture and compliance training.
- Maintain strictly confidential records of all investigative findings and case history.
- Deliver training workshops to staff and managers regarding workplace ethics, harassment prevention, and conflict resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Legal, or corporate investigation roles.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and standard HR compliance practices.
- Exceptional investigative, interviewing, and active listening skills with a bias for neutrality.
- High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain composure under high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in professional report writing and documentation management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and private information with discretion.
