Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive employee development programs including leadership training, skills workshops, and succession planning
- Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze competency gaps across all organizational levels
- Manage the HR development team, providing mentorship and performance guidance
- Develop and monitor training budgets, ensuring cost-effective program delivery
- Collaborate with department heads to create role-specific development paths
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and ROI metrics
- Stay current with HR development trends and best practices
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HRD Supervisor, HR Development, or Organizational Development specialist
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proven experience implementing leadership development programs
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret workforce data
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance
- Experience with HRIS systems and training management software
