Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi

  • S1 degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HRD Supervisor, HR Development, or Organizational Development specialist
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Proven experience implementing leadership development programs
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret workforce data
