- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives across SG & MY markets
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Drive HR transformation initiatives including system implementations and process optimization
- Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives, and performance management frameworks
- Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
- Analyze workforce metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional HR projects and change management initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in HR transformation and talent development across multiple markets
- Strong expertise in Singaporean and Malaysian labor laws and compliance
- Experience managing cross-border HR operations and multicultural teams
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems and data analytics tools
- Strategic mindset with ability to align HR initiatives with business growth
