My client is a European Multinational Corporation in the Manufacturing industry and are currently seeking an experienced HR Director, APAC to lead their regional human resources function. - Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the European Multinational Corporation's global vision and the specific needs of the manufacturing sector in APAC.
- Lead and manage the regional HR team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional development across all levels.
- Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning to ensure the organization has the critical skills and leadership needed for future growth.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, handle complex employee relations issues, and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and corporate policies throughout the APAC region.
- Implement performance management systems and succession planning frameworks to optimize organizational capability.
- Partner with business leaders to drive organizational design and change management initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director level or equivalent) within a multinational manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of APAC labor laws, employment practices, and cultural nuances across different jurisdictions.
- Proven track record of partnering with executive leadership to drive business results through people strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD Level 7, SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages relevant to the APAC region.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
