Join PT Makassar Kulina Utama as a key leader in our organizational development. We are seeking an experienced HRDGA to spearhead our Human Resources, Licensing, and Legal Affairs functions. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Indonesian labor laws and compliance frameworks. You will drive talent acquisition initiatives, optimize HR processes, and ensure regulatory adherence while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will navigate complex legal landscapes, manage licensing documentation, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. This position offers the opportunity to shape our HR strategy while contributing to sustainable business growth in South Sulawesi.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development programs
- Manage company licensing, permits, and compliance documentation
- Handle legal affairs including contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance
- Lead employee relations initiatives and workplace culture enhancement
- Monitor HR metrics and provide strategic workforce planning recommendations
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and government authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with legal/licensing focus
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proven experience managing HR operations and compliance documentation
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and digital HR tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
