We are seeking a visionary and strategic HR Director to lead our Human Resources function within the dynamic Janitorial Service Industry. The Supreme HR Advisory is looking for an experienced professional who can drive high-level HR initiatives, foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensure strict adherence to local labor regulations. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, from talent acquisition and workforce planning to performance management and organizational development. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent within the cleaning and maintenance sectors.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, employment acts, and internal HR policies.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Design and deliver training programs and development initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and skill sets.
- Analyze HR metrics, compensation data, and workforce trends to drive data-driven decision-making and cost efficiency.
- Lead performance management cycles, succession planning, and talent reviews for executive and managerial teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or Director-level role.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7, SPHR) is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore labor laws, industrial relations, and workplace compliance.
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in the service or facility management industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Workday) and advanced Microsoft Office applications.
