Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolutions.
- Advise management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor laws to ensure full compliance.
- Foster a positive work environment by mediating conflicts, coaching managers, and promoting open communication channels.
- Develop, update, and distribute HR guidelines, handbooks, and policy documents.
- Conduct regular stay interviews and engagement activities to improve employee retention.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee files and records.
- Partner with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, labor laws, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain neutral and objective in sensitive situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting investigations and advising staff.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Bamboo, BambooHR, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
