Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for building positive workplace cultures? Swak BPO Corp., a premier and rapidly growing BPO center located in the heart of the Clark Freeport Zone, is seeking a strategic and empathetic HR Employee Relations Team Lead to join our expanding team.
In this high-impact role, you will be the bridge between management and our workforce, ensuring that our employee relations strategies align with our commitment to operational excellence. You will oversee investigations, advocate for fair labor practices, and foster an environment where high-performing talent feels supported and empowered. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Employee Relations team to ensure consistent and fair handling of all workplace concerns.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee grievances, harassment claims, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide expert guidance to management and supervisors regarding performance management, coaching, and corrective action procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and internal company policies.
- Facilitate effective communication channels to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Draft, review, and update HR policies to adapt to the evolving needs of the BPO industry.
- Manage complex employee cases, including separation procedures, performance improvement plans, and legal documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
- Prior experience within a BPO/Call Center environment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional conflict resolution, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professional objectivity.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
