- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies aligned with total rewards framework
- Conduct engagement surveys and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate recognition programs and wellness initiatives to enhance workplace culture
- Collaborate with HR teams on compensation benchmarking and benefits optimization
- Support implementation of performance management systems and career development pathways
- Prepare engagement analytics reports for stakeholders and leadership teams
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs focused on employee experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience with focus on employee engagement or total rewards
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and employee survey methodologies
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of Singapore labor regulations and compensation practices
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
