In this role, you will be the backbone of our human resources operations, ensuring smooth employee experiences and efficient administrative processes.

You will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day HR functions, from payroll and recruitment support to employee engagement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Administer monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high levels of confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new and departing staff.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
- Provide support in performance management cycles and employee benefits administration.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR generalist role.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, reliable, and capable of maintaining strict data confidentiality.
