In this role, you will be the backbone of our human resources operations, ensuring smooth employee experiences and efficient administrative processes.

You will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day HR functions, from payroll and recruitment support to employee engagement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Administer monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high levels of confidentiality.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new and departing staff.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
  • Provide support in performance management cycles and employee benefits administration.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous, reliable, and capable of maintaining strict data confidentiality.
