Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including developing job descriptions, posting advertisements, actively sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and formulate effective recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and induction processes are completed efficiently.
  • Administer and maintain accurate HR records and employee data within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Singapore employment law.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, addressing queries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Prepare and process HR-related documentation, such as contracts, letters, and reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore's employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector is a plus.
