Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer HR policies, employee relations, and performance management systems
- Handle compensation and benefits administration with precision
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Employment Act and labor regulations
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for strategic decision-making
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff
- Manage HR documentation and maintain confidential employee records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on HR experience in Singapore
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Certificate in Human Resource Management (e.g., CIPD) preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in contract/temporary HR roles advantageous
