  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience in Malaysian corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and industrial relations practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Certification in HR-related fields (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred
