Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Administer payroll processing and ensure accurate monthly salary disbursements.
- Handle employee relations, resolve inquiries, and maintain a harmonious workplace culture.
- Assist in HR operations, including managing employment contracts, leave records, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases with precision.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in policy implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, or payroll.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
