To support our growing operations, we are now seeking a passionate and experienced HR Executive to join our team at our Bukit Merah office.
As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring our workforce is well-supported, compliant, and engaged. You will report directly to the HR Manager and handle tasks ranging from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and employee relations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the HR manager in handling full spectrum of HR administrative functions including payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee record management.
- Manage recruitment processes from job posting to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR databases and HR systems.
- Process work passes and work permit applications for foreign workers.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
