As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring our workforce is well-supported, compliant, and engaged. You will report directly to the HR Manager and handle tasks ranging from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and employee relations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the HR manager in handling full spectrum of HR administrative functions including payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee record management.
  • Manage recruitment processes from job posting to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Handle employee relations matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and HR systems.
  • Process work passes and work permit applications for foreign workers.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
