Robert T 1994 Optical is a reputable optical retailer based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. With a strong commitment to providing excellent eye care services, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Executive to oversee our human resources operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to contribute to a growing company and make a meaningful impact on our employee experience.
As the HR Executive, you will manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance with Malaysian labor laws. You will work closely with management to implement HR strategies that support our business objectives and foster a positive work environment. Key responsibilities will include handling recruitment and selection processes, coordinating onboarding and training programs, administering compensation and benefits, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Handle employee relations and address grievances to maintain a positive work environment
- Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with statutory requirements
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff
- Manage employee records and HR databases
- Assist in performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in retail or optics
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
