You will act as a bridge between management and employees, handling everything from talent acquisition to payroll administration and employee relations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Administer monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in CPF contributions, tax filings (IR21/IR8A), and claims.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS database to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Handle work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations (WPs, S-Pass, E-Pass) via the MOM portal.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and labor regulations.
- Coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Assist in the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures in line with the Employment Act.
- Support annual performance appraisal cycles and salary review exercises.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably within the Retail or FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Act and prevailing labor market trends.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
