Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for manufacturing roles
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement to employees
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and HR documentation systems
- Handle employee relations matters including grievance resolution and policy enforcement
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and labor regulations
- Support HR analytics and reporting for workforce planning initiatives
- Coordinate training programs and performance management systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-2 years of comprehensive HR experience in manufacturing/industrial sector
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll processing software
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage confidential information
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
