Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into Kincho Tech
  • Handle employee relations matters, mediate conflicts, and foster positive workplace culture
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation
  • Monitor compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate training initiatives and professional development programs
  • Analyze HR metrics to improve retention and employee satisfaction
  • Support performance management processes including goal-setting and reviews

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in tech or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience with recruitment strategies and talent acquisition
