Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in executing daily HR operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, calculating leave balances, and resolving payroll queries.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including contract preparation and induction programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and compliance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and labor regulations in Singapore.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Proficient in using HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
