Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives and legal requirements
- Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration and payroll processing
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to improve retention strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred
- Proven experience in policy development and implementation
