Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate payment calculations in compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment activities, including job advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, managing personnel files, updating HRIS databases, and handling documentation.
  • Support the implementation and communication of company HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Address employee queries and grievances, resolving conflicts effectively to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate staff welfare programs, performance reviews, and company engagement events.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast workforce needs and ensure adequate staffing levels.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles within a corporate setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in using HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Workday) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict data privacy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
