We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Changi, East Region. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will drive operational excellence in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements while maintaining strict compliance with Singapore's statutory requirements. You'll oversee time attendance tracking systems, manage comprehensive leave and medical claims administration, and support diverse HR initiatives that enhance employee experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll with precision, including salary calculations, deductions, and bonuses
- Ensure statutory compliance with Singapore labor laws, CPF contributions, and MOM regulations
- Manage time attendance tracking systems and generate accurate attendance reports
- Administer leave and medical claims processing, including reimbursements and documentation
- Support HR initiatives including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and policy implementation
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR database integrity
- Assist in employee relations matters and resolve HR-related queries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience with payroll processing expertise
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore labor laws and statutory requirements
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
