Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Design and administer competitive employee benefits packages
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks
- Handle employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Ensure HR compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize development programs
- Manage HR data and prepare insightful analytics reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with recruitment focus
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) is advantageous
- Experience in construction/manufacturing industry preferred
