As a vital member of our Human Resources team, you'll shape employee experiences through strategic recruitment initiatives, policy development, and employee engagement programs. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Singapore labor regulations
- Oversee employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
- Coordinate compensation and benefits administration including AWS and VB structures
- Conduct HR training programs for staff development and compliance
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate analytical reports
- Support organizational development initiatives and culture-building activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience in recruitment or employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
