Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Singapore labor regulations and company objectives
- Provide comprehensive HR support to management and employees on operational matters
- Manage recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee relations initiatives to resolve workplace issues and foster engagement
- Conduct performance management processes and support development planning
- Administer benefits programs and compensation structures
- Ensure HR data integrity and maintain confidential employee records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience in a multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proven experience in policy development and implementation
