Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and engagement programs
  • Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with labor regulations
  • Handle HR administration tasks including contract management, documentation, and payroll coordination
  • Support talent development through training programs and performance management systems
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze retention data to improve workplace satisfaction
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-5 years of HR experience (levels from Admin to Senior)
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in recruitment processes and employee engagement initiatives
