Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and engagement programs
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Handle HR administration tasks including contract management, documentation, and payroll coordination
- Support talent development through training programs and performance management systems
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze retention data to improve workplace satisfaction
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-5 years of HR experience (levels from Admin to Senior)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in recruitment processes and employee engagement initiatives
