You will work closely with management to ensure compliance with labor laws while implementing innovative HR solutions that support our business growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and resolve conflicts to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Administer and implement company HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Coordinate employee welfare activities, engagement programs, and company events to boost morale.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Support performance management, training needs analysis, and talent development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR Executive or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and labor laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in HR software (SAP, local HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on employee engagement and culture.
