- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Employee relations support and conflict resolution
- HR policy development and compliance with Singapore labor laws

- Workplace culture initiatives and employee engagement programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with recruitment focus
- Singapore work permit or citizenship
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP HR)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management abilities and attention to detail
