Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Administer employee relations matters, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational objectives
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training programs for employee development
  • Manage employee records, HR documentation, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
  • Stay updated on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist or executive role
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
