Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Administer employee relations matters, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive work environment
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational objectives
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training programs for employee development
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
- Stay updated on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist or executive role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
- Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
