Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Handle employee relations matters, including addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace relationships
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Support performance management processes and initiatives
- Handle payroll administration and employee benefits
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proactive and committed approach to HR initiatives
