Are you a detail-oriented HR professional looking to advance your career in a dynamic, international environment? Globevisa Consultant Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive HR Executive to join our team at Raffles Place. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our human capital operations, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to offboarding.

You will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of excellence by managing end-to-end recruitment, payroll administration, and complex work pass applications. The ideal candidate is an organized, approachable professional who thrives in a fast-paced consulting setting and possesses a deep understanding of Singapore’s labor regulations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding new hires and managing offboarding procedures.
  • Handle complex Work Pass applications and renewals in compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, and year-end tax reporting.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and company initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave, and company procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM work pass requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS or payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
