Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system with high attention to detail.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration for all staff members.
  • Handle employee relations inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate HR-related events, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) as an HR Executive, HR Associate, or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload effectively, and work independently under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
